The TFEL project invites you to register for the Meet the Author Speaker Series to discuss the book: “Transforming Social Work Field Education: New Insights from Practice Research and Scholarship.”
On November 15 at 10:00 am MST, Ermias Kebede Goshe will present his chapter on “Social Justice, Systems, and International Social Work in Field Education”.
Participants will have an opportunity to discuss the chapter with the author and to ask questions.
About the Author:
Ermias Kebede Goshe, MSW, BA, PGD is a lecturer and researcher at the Ethiopian Police University in Sendafa, Oromia, Ethiopia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Gondar, a Master’s degree in Social Work from Addis Ababa University and Post Graduate Diploma in Police Science from the Ethiopian Police University. Currently, he is a doctoral student in social work at the University of Gondar, Ethiopia. Beyond his role as lecturer and researcher at the Ethiopian Police University, Ermias Kebede has been serving as a project advisor for Interpeace’s trust-building program in Ethiopia. His areas of interest include child welfare, child right, and poverty reduction.
