The Transforming the Field Education Landscape (TFEL) project carried out an assessment of the State of Social Work Field Education in Africa. The purpose of the study was to learn and understand the current context, including placement models, logistics, and resources, and to explore the perspectives and experiences from field education coordinators and directors of social work education programs across Africa.
Presenters: Clement Dlamini (TFEL partner, University of Eswatini), Dr. Julie Drolet (TFEL Project Director), Godfrey Makoha (TFEL research assistant, McGill University), Missa Mvuezolo (TFEL practicum student, University of Calgary), Kamal Khatiwada (TFEL Training and Mentorship Coordinator).
